PUBLISHED TITLES

Here is a list of published game titles I've worked on since 1996.  I've filled a variety of roles including art director, creative director, producer, painter, concept artist, narrative designer, game designer, technical artist, UI artist, environment artist, 3D animator, 3D modeler, and more. Book of Heroes

An Apple/Android tablet persistent fantasy game in which you complete quests, explore the map, fight monsters and gather loot.  Commissioned by Venan, I created a new set of spiky, studded weapons and shields in 3D and touched them up in Photoshop.

Seaside Hideaway

A "Hidden Object" Facebook game with a meta layer in which you customize your town.  Commissioned by HitPoint I've created 14 or more hidden objects scenes (bg and HOs) in the past year or so using Photoshop.

The Little Mermaid: Undersea Treasures

An episodic adventure game series published by Microsoft Games for the Surface Tablet and Windows 8 and developed by HItPoint Studios in 2013-14.  I painted over 3D renders to create the underwater parallaxing scenes.

Disney Fairies: Hidden Treasures

An episodic adventure game series published by Microsoft Games for the Surface tablet and Windows 8; developed by HitPoint Studios in 2012-2013.  I painted over 3D renders to create parallaxing scenes, and managed the UI elements such as achievements, minigames and the welcome hub.  It has been the #1 paid game in the Windows store for some time.

Adera

An episodic adventure game with both minigames and hidden object puzzles published by Microsoft Studios for the Surface and Windows 8 and developed by HitPoint Studios in 2012.  I was narrative designer handling creation and technical integration of VO dialog and game text.  I helped write the original plot for the series and designed minigames.  I also maintained the design guide, walkthroughs and playtested heavily. 

Eternity Warriors

A fantasy themed top down action shooter published by GLU games and developed by HItPoint Studios in 2011.  I helped convert the interface and game art for the Facebook version.

The Secrets of Arcelia Island

A minigame/puzzle adventure published by Big Fish Games and developed by HitPoint Studios in 2011.  I created original landscape concepts for the main scenes and helped develop the original characters.  I also managed the outsourcing of final painted characters and scenes.

Blood & Ruby

An original Hidden Object / Minigame Adventure published by Big Fish Games and developed by HitPoint Studios in 2011.  I was Art Director, managing the painted scene outsourcing, and worked in a technical role to integrate all aspects of game art in Flash.

Build-a-lot: The Elizabethan Era

The fifth title in the Build-a-lot series; A time management real estate game publishe by Hipsoft and developed by HitPoint Studios in 2010.  I was art director overseeing and contributing to the creation and integration of buildings, landscapes, characters, fx and interface.

Build-a-lot: The Monopoly Edition

Partnering with Hasbro this was another in the Build-a-lot series published by Hipsoft and developed by HitPoint Studios in 2009.  I was art director and oversaw integration of UI and game elements.

CLUE: Accusations & Alibis

A hidden object puzzler with deduction gameplay and minigames based on the modernized CLUE boardgame published by RealArcade and developed by HitPoint Studios in 2009.  I was Art Director and oversaw outsourcing of 3D modeling. I reworked cameras and lighting in V-Ray.  I also developed art for the interface and minigames in Flash.

Fate: The Cursed King

The 4th game in Fate series which introduced teams and trading online published by WildTangent an Encore; developed by HitPoint Studios  in 2011.  I was producer and creative director managing 2D and 3D outsource creation of monsters, animations, settings and more.  I integrated and was involved in all aspects of game art using 3DSMax.

Dungeons & Dragons Virtual Table

I handled all interface elements for this Virtual version of D&D published by Wizards of the Coast and Game Table Online in 2011.

Fate: The Traitor Soul

The 3rd game in the Fate series published by WildTangent and Encore; deveoped by HitPoint Studios in 2009.  I was creative director and producer involved in all aspects of game art, concepting, and design.

Fate: Undiscover Realms

The 2nd game in the Fate series published by WildTangent and Encore; developed by Golden Goose Games in 2008.  I was project lead and managed the creation of all aspects of game art development and game design.

UNO: Undercover

A special narrative version of UNO filled with a spy plot and wacky characters published by RealArcade and developed by Golden Goose Games in 2008.  I was the art director and oversaw creation of all aspects of art.  I also created concepts for  landscape scenes.

Irth Online

A short-lived fantasy MMO created mostly from scratch by an tiny independent studio around 2005.  I joined the team late and helped create and integrate characters and monsters using EMotionFX. I also modeled buildings, and props in 3DSMax.

Game Table Online

For almost a decade (2006-current) I've been the artist for Game Table Online.  They convert boardgames into online versions of boardgames.  GTO partnered with Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast to convert such games as Axis & Allies, Battle Cry and Roborally.  I've worked on integrating the art and interface for about 16 of these projects over the years.

Zoo Tycoon 2

A wildly successful sequel to the original published by Microsoft Games and developed by Blue Fang Games in 2006.  I created a lot of the environment and modeled, textured buildings and props in 3DSMax.

Zoo Tycoon

Along with two expansions this was a huge hit for Microsoft Studios and Blue Fang Games in 2002.  I was lead artist for Marine Mania in 2003.  For all versions I helped create buildings, terrain, characters, props and more all in 3DSMax.

Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim

I was lead artist on this game published by Infrogrames and Hasbro Interactive, developed by Cyberlore Studios from 1996-2000.  I concepted a large chunk of the heroes, monsters, buildings, and environment.   I led all aspects of game art creation. This was a multi-year project and certainly a labor of love.  It has since had several sequels developed by other studios.  Check 'em out!

Heroes of Might and Magic 2 Expansion

This was one of my first projects using 3DStudio (no Max yet) and was published in 1997 by 3DO/New World Computing and developed by Cyberlore Studios.  I was lead artist in charge of creating cutscenes segues and heading the production and integration of game art.  Pixeltastic!
